Samsung Electronics on the 6th announced its earnings guidance for the fourth quarter of 2022.
Consolidated sales are approximately 70 trillion Korean won and Operating profit is approximately 4.3 trillion Korean won.

Sales decreased by 8.83% and operating profit by 60.37% compared to the previous quarter. Compared to the same period last year, sales decreased by 8.58% and operating profit decreased by 69%.

■삼성전자 4분기 매출 70조, 영업이익 4조3000억…사상 첫 연매출 300조 돌파
삼성전자가 4분기 매출 70조원, 영업이익 4조 3000억원의 잠정 실적을 기록했다고 6일 발표했다. 앞서 금융정보업체 에프앤가이드는 삼성전자의 4분기 실적 컨센서스(증권사 전망치 평균)를 매출 72조7531억원, 영업이익 6조 9254억원으로 집계했다.
매출은 전기 대비 8.83%, 영업이익은 60.37% 감소했다. 전년 동기 대비 매출은 8.58%, 영업이익은 69% 줄었다.
삼성전자의 지난해 연간 매출은 301조7700억원, 영업이익은 43조3700억원이었다. 사상 최초로 연간 매출 300조원을 돌파했다.
한편, 잠정 실적은 한국채택 국제회계기준(IFRS)에 의거해 추정한 결과다. 아직 결산이 종료되지 않은 가운데 투자자들의 편의를 돕는 차원에서 제공된다.
